Where to get Pentosin?

I need Pentosin CHF 7.1 for my power steering / LAD. Looking at the usual auto parts stores, none of the power steering fluids say what they are. The guys behind the counter just shrug and say I have to get it at the Stealership. Is that right, or can I use something off the shelf?

any nazi-philic foreign car parts store has 7.1 and 11 around. if you live in a town over 50k people you should be able to get it relatively easily. it isn't necessarily inexpensive, though.
