Default Window Motor & Regulator work from sedan to touring?

I am planning on changing my window motors and regulators, I found some in the junk yard from a sedan but didn't know if they would fit in my touring or not. thanks in advance

I'm guessing they interchange. I can't imagine the rear door being a different design for the touring. To confirm, look up the parts for both body styles using realoem.

FYI- some E34s have the regulator riveted in, so you'll have to drill the rivets out and replace with bolts/nuts.

thanks I will check, my touring had the rivets on and it took forever to remove it from 1 door.. didn't touch the others yet.

I've discovered that using a large bit and working from an angle keeps those rivets from spinning in place. A bit dificult to get started at an angle but the soft rivets go away in just a few moments if you can prevent them from spinning.

Thanks, they are the same, I will take a look to see if I can find one from a sedan.
