Default Car going in Tomorrow for work, Plug question

I am having the upper timing chain cover gasket, valve cover gaskets, water pump, drive belts T-stat, coil boots, lower oil pan gasket replaced ,the power steering luid leak repaired.,center drag link, idler arm bushing and upper control arm bushings replaced They will test the air intake with smoke and repair if needed.

What Spark Plugs should I use? BMW Recommends NGK and the shop owner says there are two and four tab plugs for the car. I've heard people report issues with 4 prong plugs but think they were Bosch. I think he said both the NGKs are Platinum. I get the impression he likes the four prongs but what say the Board?

2 prong are stock, NGK or Bosch work well with me chosing Bosh at the time. Bill R says the NGK have improved so I will try those next time. I put 4 prong in the 850 but I have nothing to compare it to as I replaced the entire ignition system... none the less it flies.

Pretty sure the consensus is the four prong are NG
