Who needs the gym..
when you ´ve got a beemer!
Changed my thrust arms today, left balljoint was like welded in.. Took a tall hydraulic jack, a big big hammer and a Hulk-like amount of brute force, to get it out! Right side was a walk in the park, it was already loose.
So now both are changed, torqued to specs under load and I just hope that the Meyle HDs last coz I won´t want to do this again for some time ! Car handles beautifully now and I´m totally beat..
On the bright side, all I need to do now is to change the valve gaskets, the center, r/l tierods plus the pitman arm and even better my center silencer is falling apart/rusting away.. Aaargh!

Sounds like it came out quite easy, no need for blow torch and sledge! :P
