Default Removing the "A pillar" little triangular plastic plate

i'm planning to get the a set of the little tweeters for e34 that sits at the base of the A-pillar on the door.

right now there is a triangular black plastic blanking plate in it's place.

what is the correct way to apply force to pry the plastic plate away without
damaging any tabs or clip edges.

has anyone done this before & have some pictures to share?

As far as I remember its a straight forward pull out job, with a gentle touch of course..
