    Default Bilstein internal bushing cut

    And found that this eliminated bottoming out. I have Eibach springs and no rubber rings under and above the suspension springs at front. The car seems to have gone lower after the cut, suggesting that the bushings were on the way. Approximate length cut off - 4 centimeters:

    yep... the shock is "inverted shock".
    so it has to move up and down, and gets the yellow enclosure to make it possible, whose diameter is that of original normal shock absorber - meaning the actual Bilstein's shock absorber is thinner than regular Boge's...
