Matters on year, my 95 did not have the option of using screws and the gears available do not fit either. This would have worked on the 94, it had a different motor design.

"If your window motors still turn and you hear a click click click it is the metal plate slipping over the white plastic gear. I bought replacement white gears but found just putting some fine thread screws in several of the plate holes provided a better bid between the plate and gear. All 4 windows did not go up on their own at all but work very well now. Be sure to clean and re lube the inside of the gears with silicone lube."
