try getting a tap and die set and try to retap the threads, if that doesnt work, im not sure, you might need a new rear bearing. You should be relatively safe driving on 4 lugs for awhile though.
somehow the threads on my right rear wheel hub got mangled, im now running on 4 bolts. Any suggestions?

id try a thread chaser before using a tap, tap's are for cutting and will remove metal, a chaser will smooth out the threads there
