There is a guy here selling a 1990 535ia for $15k. Has full Alpina B10 bodykit, 17" Alpina wheels with pirelli tyres. Just about every e34 option on the planet, cd, tv, phone, electric sunblind, sunroof, dark blue leather interior, cruise control. The clincher is... 36,000Km genuine and certified. I could get a max $7500 for my car, if I found the other half I'd buy this car in a second.

There is a 1994 540 going under the hammer at Turners tomorrow, but there is no estimate up yet, still waiting. Though it looked like it had been abused when I saw it yesterday, but it did have nice 18" rims that looked like they were off the last generation of 7 series (whatever codename that has).

I was going to go along to the auction tomorrow but I have 2 job interviews so thats kind of stepped on that, shame cos there is a 1990 525 going under too, wanted too see what that goes for, seeing as I only paid $5500 for mine private.

Yeah I've seen quite a few on the market lately, I paid $6750 for mine just over a year ago with 165k on it. Seemed cheap at the time... No wonder it's turned out to be such a pile of crap.
