Default The Return Of The Beast

ONE ///M5 TO RULE THEM ALL

More later, just teasers for now. I did most of the mods yesterday and drove 150km at night so I had no time for pics. Took some today right before work. I'm going to try to put it into words how I feel. But here it is for now...I have a hard time breathing when I drive it and I can't stop smiling here at work:

Default It looks awesome Big D!

That blue/white combo has always been my favorite. And the tiny little //M is kinda nice looking too! Maybe Jr. has some competition for this year's crown??

That’s a sweet ride. Love that color! That blue was my first choice in color but unable to find one in that color for my 1995 525i purchase.

No I had the Mtech2. The hub is from an E30 and it fit perfectly. Exact same hub.

It's got the SSK for the MZ3.

Thanks a lot guys! Just came back from another 150km drive. This way my initial dino-oil break in stage will be done in a weekend hehe (1k km). It was supposed to be a lunch cruise, showing off to coworkers. But they all liked the car so much and we have a long weekend coming up so no one wanted to go back to work. So I just drove around, visited my old highschool, went to see the engine builder - talked about getting it on the dyno for a proper fuel map.

    i hate ignorant people.

    640x480 is not dead
While 640x480 is not as required as it used to be, 640x480 is still around. Older computers, laptops with smaller screens, and people who need larger fonts do browse the Web. Even if you choose not to design your page to this resolution you should test your site at this resolution.
    800x600 is not guaranteed
Many Web site design guides recommend designing Web sites for 800x600 resolution. While this resolution is more common on the Web at large, this may not be the case for your customers. If you're planning on redesigning your Web site, take a few weeks to analyze your browser statistics to determine the most common resolutions used by your customers.
1024x768 and higher are still less common
This resolution can be fairly hard to read for many people. A 14-inch flat panel monitor might support 1024x768, but the text is virtually unreadable. Also, many computers sold are set up with lower resolutions by default.
    http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp
Browser trends is important information. What you can read from the statistics below, is that Internet Explorer 6 is the dominating browser, XP is the most popular operating system, and most users are using a display with 800x600 pixels or more, with a color depth of at least 65K colors.
    http://www.upsdell.com/BrowserNews/stat_trends.htm
A small majority of users have 1024x768 and higher. A large minority have 800x600. A very small and shrinking number, ~1%, have 640x480. These numbers do not include those who browse using web appliances.
but back on track to the topic....
its a common courtesy on internet forums to shrink your
images to 640x480 since there are many people on 56k
    (lets drop the resolution thing)
