id put our back lot up against any jungle, you run out and work for 30 seconds then haul ass, keep that up till whatever you need is pulled and you still get worn out by em. nothing like a junkyard (lots of puddles in cars) surounded with ponds ditches and woods to breed our state bird in mass quanitys

I have tried this and it works me, not saying it works for every body. If consume a fair amout of vinegar, you sweat out the acid thru you skin and mosquitos hate it. In mosquito season, I eat alot of salad with vinegar and oil dressing. I have not been bitten in years. And I have gone to some fairly infested places.

i am a fiend for greek salad, i make my own oil and vinegar dressing and buy fetta cheese in the big containers at sams wholsale club

...more of a "dip" approach. Got a hot tank in the shop? Just refill it with vinegar and go for a soak. I'd have to think that would deter the suckers a bit.

I can only imagine your yard and how thick they are...

BTW, I bet you could sell pics and vids of you in the vinegar tank - someone's gotta have a fetish for that!
