need help!! e34 won't start

I got a 535i e34 and it won't start. it'll crank but it takes 4-5 tries to get it started. it runs well,but when i try to start it the next day it happens again.
I heard it can be my fuel pressure regulator or relays. can anyone help and give me step by step instructions? undefined
