You put the wrong bulb in there. There should be an 1157 (dual filament) in the corner, you replaced it with a 1156 (single filament).
Recently the metal at the top of one of my HIDS has disconnected from the tip in the middle. I can re hook it to the middle, but it just bounces lose causing the bulb to not work. I dont want to pay for a new set of bulbs as they are very expensive. Do you think it would work to solder the tips of the two middle pieces together, they are both at the top of the bulb as seen in this picture

awwww, just noticed in the old bulb! There are two filaments, and one of them is burned out. That is why it only works halfway, hahahha tricky.
