    Default Flat Spot

hi can anybody help me ?just bought my 1st 535i (god its quick) but when pulling away it has got a flat spot. in fact its not a flat spot as such but it just seams to hold back untill it gets to about 3500 revs. is this normal ? i have been told it may well be the air flow metre. any advice out there ?

    Is danger your MIDDLE name?

535's are pretty doggy until you get over 3k rpms, especially an automatic. Once you hit 3k though....

thats normal, the 535 responds very well to a chip that helps compensate for this.

Oh, man, I loved dangerous dave on my Apple IIc+. That game rocked.

Oh yeah, it might be normal....or it might not! Hard to say...is there another 535i around that you could drive to compare?

It's my site www.dsylva-tech.ca but my ISP has been having trouble with the webspace server, it's probably still off line for a few more days.
