Rear LHS power window

hi all,

recently on my car (1991 model), im unable to open the rear LHS window from the centre console switch but if the window is opened using the rear switch, im able to close the window from the centre console switch. what do u guys think ?? damaged centre switch ?? is the switch repairable ?? tq
