opinion: racing dynamics wheels, 13.6m offset, handling better??
I'm considering buying these wheels (racing dynamics, 17x8, et 13.6) and would value any experiences re: handling/balance gains, with a smaller than oem offset. Looks are not my concern - handling balance at the limit is - I appreciate Bruno's website warning of "wrong offset = bad handling" , I'm curious as to why alpina made an approx 13mm offset, and why racing dynamics did - is it purely aesthetic?, are there any handling benefits of a wider track?, is Brunos warning wrt increasing the offset beyond 20mm?
