and see if you point me to an online source for fiocchi brand cartridges in the tokarev tt 7.62x25 size? i can't find anywhere locally, or using google......

this is why i ask

apparently, its widely accepted knowledge that if you operate/use ANY tokarev cartridge, that the cases may or may not be "pre-split", ie have macro or microscopic cracks in them even before firing. the yugo surplus had it, the S&B had it worse, and i'm sure anything else that i pick up will as well. the fiocchi is the only cartridge that i'm sure of that won't box that "stuff" and sell it in a mixed box. the crack/crease may or may not have something to do with the maintainence of the proper rate of fire in the ppSh-41 submachine gun and other generic russian grease-gun style submachine guns. i'm willing to clean out the barrel after use, i'd just rather have the uncracked stuff in the gun for self defence purposes if i can't get my hands on the self defence rounds right now. as usual, thanks in advance.
