I got the Rondell 58s and haven't had any problems even on the crappy roads around here. I do remember reading that the Replica wheels aren't as good.
Are rondell rims quality? Or are they the same quality of replica wheels. I dont want any rims that bend. I had my eye on some rondell #58. thanx

thread. If you didn't read his post, he got some Rondell #57's in. I'm interested in their quality too.
CoolDee,
My Rondell Cross Spoke 58's (don't remember if they are 57 or 58's) sure appear to be of excellent quality, with the same gloss paint on the inside of the wheel as on the exposed spokes. The lip is polished and clear coated. They are cast but so are most of the oem BBS-BMW wheels. All rims will bend if subject to the right force. The Italian replicas on ebay have been reported to bend a little easier than the German replicas such as Rondell. 16 inch vs 17 inch also makes a little difference. One of my 16 x 8 BBS-made e38 wheels was bent slightly when I got them. I will know a bit more after I mount them up-hopefully tommorrow.![]()
