    Default winter woes :(

Got down to do the brakes yesterday, pulled out the new ATE powerdisc BMA sent me and there was a rather large chunk missing out of the edge. It looked quite a bit like a manufacturer's defect, b/c the other one was fine. Aside from teh chunk missing, it was warped like an egg. I know Pat will take care of me like he always does. Onto the shifter. The bushing at the rear has apparently vibrated it's way off, causing my shifter to sag and rub the driveshaft. is there any easy way to put the nut back on the bolt without removing the exhaust and driveshaft? That heat shielding looks like it must come out, but i was kind of hoping for a stroke of luck/experience from one of you geniuses . She still has the shakes, but a full suspension bushing job is soon to come, control arms too. Rondell 58's for christmas, or the E39 17" baskets?
