Default Window off track maybe something broken down below?

Driving in this morning I tried to put the window down a little to let an oyster loose, but something bad happened.

There was a loud pop that made me jump and the window was all catawampus. When I got to work I managed to put it back in place but there's something definitely not connect below. The front part will drop down but the back just hangs there. Is this common? Could someone point in the right direction.

The vehicle is a 1995 525iA built in late 94

i got mine for 83¢ each from the stealer and bought all 8 pieces for whenever I open any doors up I'll change them out. Clean the old dry grease out of the tracks and stuff. There was a discussion on this last week or so too with more info.
